You no longer need to be connected to a registered business tax account through the sales, use, and withholding (SUW) Tax Service to file most W-2s and 1099s with Treasury electronically.

Accessing MTO - State of Michigan
Use a browser supported by MTO to access the online application: Select the About menu option. The type and version of your browser should be listed here. If you are trying to access MTO from a non-US IP address, you will likely run into Error 522 and be unable to interact with the web service.
